Who is more fun do members think: Iris Murdoch or Hermann Broch? On balance, Iris Murdoch, I suppose, although "fun" is not a term that I would readily associate with either, frankly.

I googled on Iris Murdoch and Hermann Broch, and surprisingly, I came across Iris Murdoch's Comic Vision. According to Murdoch, the novel must contain comedy if it attempts a realistic portrayal of human life. Of course, this is not necessarily the same as being fun, as ahinton points out. As for Hermann Broch, he was interested in kitsch, which can, on occasion, be associated with fun. Wikipedia - The Kitsch MovementI don't think that Hermann attempted to be kitsch, so on balance, I too would go with Iris!
