Tony Hall, the new Director-General of the BBC, has flexed his muscles to rig 'The Chart Show'.
The show is supposed to report on which singles are rising and falling in the UK charts. It traditionally plays examples of those songs which have been doing well, and always ends with the No 1 best-selling single this week.
Under Hall's new leadership, that which doesn't suit him politically will be thrown out.
He has placed a ban on the Chart Show playing "Ding-Dong, The Witch Is Dead" if - as expected - it rises to No 1 in the charts this week. This ban is politically motivated by Hall's own personal beliefs. He has no business in rigging the results of the show.
This fool is clearly no better than the twit Entwistle who preceded him.

And now he falls at the Second Fence too.
The fool Hall has said he is going ahead with a film about N Korea which was made by using LSE students as a 'cover.
If caught, they could all have gone to jail for years.
As it is, the students in the group will now be banned from N Korea for life - because of a fool named John Sweeney.
