Picture Postcard thirteen
[On the back:] "Landing Beach and East Side at Rhododendron Time. Twenty-four miles by sea from Ilfracombe and Bideford in North Devon, Lundy is remote and often stormbound in winter. Its history is as rugged as its coastline, but it is an island of great charm and beauty to visit, for a day or longer, in the summertime."
I have not visited the island, but have seen it across the sea. Has any of our readers been there, and if so would he like to tell us about the experience?
