Upon moving I see that one of the pictures on my wall bears the legend "Plas y Brenin"; it is applied to either a youth or a maiden perched on a very steep cliff, and right at the bottom of the picture one can discern "National Centre for Mountain". According to Wikipedia the phrase signifies "King's Place" and refers to a vibrant outdoor pursuits centre situated in Dyffryn Mymbyr. Did you kc or any member participate in any of those? It looks highly dangerous does it not? What about Mr. Kim we are obliged to wonder. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plas_y_Brenin

I went to the Place of the King in my youth, Uncle Henry, to do some mountain leadership training. Do you still enjoy mountaineering?
