Click on "7 Tage Ö1", choose a day, and then choose a programme.

How to record either the live stream or the "listen-later" items:
1) Go to the programme schedule.
2) click on "7 tage Ö1".
3) Choose a day of the month in the square labelled "Program" - this may be to-day, or one of the last seven days.
4) Choose any programme and click on it to start it playing (this will happen in a new window).
5) go to that new window and right click on the line with the player controls. Select "View page info".
6) Click on "Media" in the top line.
7) Scroll down to the bottom item, which should have type "Audio."
8) Right click on that line, and click on "Copy."
9) Stop what began playing in step 4.
10) Open a new browser window, and paste the line you copied into the address bar.
11) Remove the "&offset=0" from the end of that line.
12) Press "Enter" and a new player line should appear; the music or speech from the programme you selected at step 4 should start playing - this is just for a confirmation - you can now hit the button at the left to stop it playing at once.
13) Right click on the stopped play bar, and select "Save audio as".
14) Enter the name of an mp3 file you want to save it to, and Robert's your uncle.
Note that this method works both for past programmes and those playing to-day. Sometimes the quality is 160 kbps, and sometimes 192 (especially on the same day).
